Our Team
Scott Siler - Founder
Avid cyclist, former Ironman triathlete, 30-year Restaurant owner, father, and husband, Scott is a natural leader and go-getter who dreams big. After a traumatic brain injury in 2019 left him unsure of his purpose, Scott had a miraculous encounter and healing. He got involved with Celebrate Recovery and the ideas for bringing hope and restoration to others, as he’d experienced, began to take shape, and Peloton of Hope became a way for him to share that, He, meaning Christ, is not finished with you yet.
Traci Siler - Co-Founder / Secretary
Traci’s heart for bringing hope to others began at an early age when she served alongside her parents in the Peruvian Jungle as missionaries with Wycliffe. Her mission work has also included Mexico and assessing villages for water wells in Brazil with Amazon Outreach.
A former DJ at a Christian radio station, Marketing Director, published author and artist, Traci brings unique and creative gifts to our Board of Directors.
Mikel Watts - Co-founder / Director of Community Outreach
What Satan intended for evil, God intended for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.
This verse from Genesis 50:20 could be Mikel’s life story. A former addict, with several years of recovery now under his belt, Mikel serves as a leader and mentor for Celebrate Recovery helping others find hope and healing over their addictions. Mikel’s spiritual gifts include discernment and compassion, something this father of five uses every day. It’s because of Mikel’s journey that Peloton of Hope was formed.

Rich Murchek- Vice-President / Texas Chapter
Rich Murchek has been in the Lewisville/Flower Mound area since 1996. This husband and father of 3, believes that God has called him to raise and mentor many kids that he had no part of bringing into this world. Although it has made for a big, wonderful, and sometimes complicated family life, Rich wouldn’t have it any other way. Through this calling, Rich began to notice that a lot of kids were growing into adults without anyone to teach them basic life skills or have anyone to call the first time they had to deal with something.
Rich and his family have become a steady address and steady phone number that those kids can turn to when they don't have another place. His heart is centered on putting them in touch with the resources they need and helping teach them to navigate these things whether it’s helping them get their GED, teaching them to do a load of laundry, or change a flat tire. Rich’s involvement with our partner, Kyle’s Place/ Journey To Dream, makes him the perfect addition to our Board of Directors.
